Welcome to Sound Baths With T-Bone ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, soundbathswithtbone.com (the "Site"), and your participation in our sound bath sessions, events, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site, booking a session, or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. About Our Services
Sound Baths With T-Bone offers sound bath experiences, which are meditative sessions involving therapeutic sound instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. Our Services may be offered in person at various locations, at private events, or virtually, as described on our Site.
2. Not Medical Treatment — Health Disclaimer
Sound baths are offered for relaxation and general wellness purposes only. Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, or therapy of any kind. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, and no statement on this Site should be interpreted as medical advice.
You should consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before participating if you:
Are pregnant (particularly in the first trimester);
Have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, or metal implants;
Have epilepsy or a history of seizures;
Have a sound-sensitivity condition, severe tinnitus, or Ménière's disease;
Have a serious mental health condition, including but not limited to PTSD or psychosis;
Have any other condition that may be affected by sound, vibration, or deep relaxation.
By participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to take part in the session and that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions to us prior to participation.
3. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
Participation in our Services is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. While sound baths are generally gentle, you acknowledge that any wellness activity carries some inherent risk, including but not limited to physical discomfort, emotional responses, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Sound Baths With T-Bone, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We may require you to sign a separate liability waiver before attending an in-person session. Refusal to sign the waiver may result in denial of participation without refund.
4. Bookings, Payments, and Pricing
All bookings must be made through the Site or other approved booking channels.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Prices are listed in [currency] and are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
By you:
Cancellations made at least [48] hours before the scheduled session will receive a [full refund / credit toward a future session].
Cancellations made less than [48] hours before the session are non-refundable.
You may reschedule a booking up to [24] hours before the session, subject to availability.
No-shows are non-refundable.
By us:
If we cancel or reschedule a session for any reason (including instructor illness, venue issues, or insufficient enrollment), you will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future session.
6. Arrival and Conduct
Please arrive at least [10–15] minutes before your scheduled session. For the comfort and safety of all participants, late arrivals may not be admitted once a session has begun, and no refund will be issued.
You agree to behave respectfully toward staff and other participants. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is disruptive, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or otherwise compromising the experience or safety of others, without refund.
Phones and recording devices must be silenced and put away during sessions. Photography, audio recording, or video recording during sessions is not permitted without our prior written consent.
7. Minors
Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and [a parent or guardian must accompany participants under the age of [16] / participants must be at least [X] years old]. We reserve the right to request proof of age or consent.
8. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought to our sessions or venues.
9. Gift Cards and Packages
Gift cards and session packages are [non-refundable / refundable within X days of purchase] and expire [12] months from the date of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
Gift cards and packages are not redeemable for cash and may not be resold.
10. Virtual Sessions (If Applicable)
For virtual or streamed sessions, you are responsible for your own equipment, internet connection, and listening environment. We are not liable for technical issues on your end. Recording, sharing, or redistributing virtual session content is prohibited.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, audio, video, and branding — is the property of Sound Baths With T-Bone or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
12. Privacy
